Insurance is not accepted. Payment is due at the time of service (check or Visa/MC). I will provide paperwork to help you receive any reimbursement that is covered by your insurance carrier.

The goal of the evaluation is to provide a comprehensive understanding of an individual's cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning.

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled 5-6 months out, but can vary depending on your child's needs and time of year.

Midwest Neuropsychology Associates, L.L.C. will be closed December 19 - January 7, 2025 for the holidays.

Evaluations

Dr. Rottier is available to provide parent/ school seminars and training for topics such as ADHD and learning differences.

Appointments are currently being scheduled April - December of 2025.

Information

My practice specializes in the neuropsychological assessment of children, adolescents, and college students (who need updated testing for accommodations) with learning difficulties, attention deficits (ADHD, ADD), and emotional concerns such as depression and anxiety.

The evaluations include individually tailored recommendations and interventions to meet your child's needs. I believe that I am not only a source to help parents better understand their child, but also a resource throughout the evaluation process and afterward.
